SGAMS Receives Innovation Grant
Spring Grove Area Middle School’s Science Department was awarded a grant from the Spring Grove Area Educational Fund to introduce photogates into the 8th-grade science curriculum. The photogates, which sync with student iPads via Bluetooth, will enhance lab accuracy by reducing human error in measuring speed and motion. This will make science more engaging and efficient for students!
SG Mini-THON 2025: Register, Donate, Volunteer!
Congratulations to the 2025 SG Mini-THON Leadership Team on successfully kicking off this year's Mini-THON!
Registration is open to students in grades 7-12. The event also needs adult volunteers to help out on March 15th. Learn more about the event and how to register, volunteer, and donate.

The SGAHS National Honor Society successfully collected 6,658.8 pounds of food!

The NAMM Foundation has named Spring Grove Area School District one of the Best Communities for Music Education for the twelfth consecutive year. The designation is a testament to the District's outstanding commitment to music education, which is made possible by our dedicated music teachers, students, supportive staff, Music Boosters, and our Rocket community.

Spring Grove Area High School received the 2023-2024 U.S. News Best High School Award. SGAHS proudly ranks in the top 21% in the state and the top 25% in the nation.

Spring Grove Area School District staff and substitutes have access to a dedicated health center in the district with 24/7 access to a primary care provider. The Rocket Wellness Center represents a tremendous opportunity to improve the general health of our community through easier access to care that will be free or low cost for the employee and spend fewer taxpayer dollars.
